Our benchmarking software is not only used for business comparisons, we also work industry groups, franchises and governments to create customised benchmarking projects. All our projects are created to enable large and/or diverse organisations to both undertake collection of high-quality data and easily analyse results. This can support organisations to detect positive and negative trends, assess internal and industry strengths and weaknesses as well as identify any stakeholders/members who need additional support. Whilst tackling improvements is important, our benchmarking projects can also identify best practice across an organisation, to support realistic and tangible targets and overall corporate strategies.

Industry associations, franchises and government bodies are also eligible to license our technology platform and The Australian Benchmark Report data for distribution to their stakeholder/members.

  • Internal Benchmarking: understanding how well your organisation is performing is a key first step towards driving continuous improvements. Like companies, sometimes departments within an organisation out-perform others and it can be hard to understand why this is the case. Our projects modules are custom built for government, associations and the private sector to be able to analyse performance by segments. This may be segmented by department, location or function. Our benchmarking process enables management to analyse trends, strengths and weaknesses and find key opportunities for improvement. Internal results can also be analysed against external benchmarking industry performance. But it’s not all about financial results.   • Franchise Benchmarking: our platform supports both franchise head office (franchisor) and individual stores (franchisees) to assess and improve business processes and performance. Analysing a wide range of franchisee stores enables franchisors to identify overall productivity and profitability on a greater scale; leading to innovative initiatives to drive brand wide improvements. As per our Benchmarking Business Report product, our franchise reports enable all individual store owners to download their own business report which they can use to assess how well they are tracking, and identify areas for improved performance, compared to others stores in the franchise and wider industry.
  • Industry Association Benchmarking: benchmarking can give Industry Associations much greater insights into their members. Using our custom-built project tool, associations can not only develop their own analysis projects, but also give members detailed Business Benchmarking Reports so they can compare their performance against similar businesses. This further provides associations with the opportunity to establish industry wide strategies and create internal tools for improvement.
  • Project-Based Benchmarking: project-based benchmarking is our most diverse product offering. Due to our innovative software, we can build a unique platform and interface to suit any project requirement. For example, we can work with governments to establish departmental benchmarks against Australian standards. Or develop tools for industry-based research project teams (such as universities) to gather and digest information.
